24-Month Service Agreement

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This 24 Month Service Agreement (this "Agreement: by clicking to pay, submitting or creating any account ") sets forth the terms and conditions pursuant to which you will receive  internet service from Nycmar Communication Limited. If a customer wishes to terminate the service before the expiration of the two years, then the customer(s) will be required to pay for a year's service

1. Installation must be done by a representative of Nycmar Communication Limited. Cost of installation is $8500 plus GCT for residential customers and $10500.00 plus GCT for commercial customers. Installation includes a modem and up to 100m of fiber cable.
Monthly fee will be dependent on your package choice.

RESIDENTIAL RATES:
Internet Starter Plus 20mb
Internet Starter 10mb ONLY

COMMERCIAL RATES:

After payment, installation will be done within one (1) to seven (7) working days.

Installation fee is non-refundable. If done you will be charged 10% of amount paid.

6. Wires run in excess of 100m will be at a cost to the customer. Cost will be determined by the amount and the type of cable and current cost.
All internet fees are generated on the first day of each month regardless of the installation date. Payment for service should be done monthly, on or before the due date. The principle is that payment is paid, in advance of service. Early payers are given a One hundred Dollars ($100.00) discount. Late payers are charged Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00).
The services become liable for disconnection after the 28 of each month. Service will be AUTOMATICALLY disconnected for balances unpaid seven (7) days after the due date. Reconnection fees will be applied to all disconnected accounts, and must be paid in full before service is restored.
Rates and charges are subjected to change with or without notice.

1.  Reconnection will incur a charge of One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00).
2.  Sharing or subletting of the service provided to anyone is ILLEGAL and will be prosecuted in a court of law if discovered.
3.  Nycmar Communication Limited. The fees charged for the internet service are not calculated on a per use basis, such fees are flat rated or package.
4.  Nycmar Communication Limited. accepts no liability for damage to customer equipment as a result of lightning, power surges, fires, fights, riots or acts of God. Please attach protective devices as a precaution or remove cord from internet boxes before or
   during lightning of auring absence.
5.  From time to time service interruptions may occur due to scheduled mainteriance procedures or equipment failure for which the Company agrees that it will use its best efforts to restore the service as quickly as possible.
6.  Customers should NOT reset modems unless they are authorized to so by a representative of Nycmar Communication Limited.

16. Bills may not be sent out.
